Operations Executive
You will keep the plant running day to day — feedstock in, gas and bio-fertiliser out, and every log in between filled in properly. It is the role the rest of the site depends on being done well, quietly, every day.
What you will do
- Plan and schedule feedstock intake against digester capacity, and chase suppliers when a load does not turn up.
- Run the daily shift handover, the log sheets and the maintenance calendar.
- Track bio-CNG dispatch and bio-fertiliser lifting, and reconcile both against the meters and the invoices.
- Raise, follow and close maintenance jobs with the technicians and outside vendors.
- Hold the site to its safety routine — permits, toolbox talks, incident reports.
What we ask for
- A degree or diploma in Engineering, Operations or a related discipline.
- Two to five years running operations on an industrial or process site.
- A working grasp of maintenance planning, and of the paperwork a plant is judged on.
- The temperament to chase things down without being asked twice.
